UnifyAssist360 may fulfill wishlist requests with new or gently used general merchandise donated or provided by community partners.

• Gently used items are reviewed for cleanliness, usability and reasonable condition.
• Items that appear unsafe, unsanitary, damaged beyond normal use or recalled are not intentionally distributed.
• Packaging, color, brand, style and exact item availability cannot be guaranteed.
• Wishlist submission does not guarantee fulfillment, delivery date or availability.

Recipients should inspect every item before use and follow all manufacturer instructions. Please contact UnifyAssist360 promptly if an item appears unsuitable.
